Good evening readers, how was your day? i slept all afternoon. i don't know if it happens to you but when I lay down on my mom's bed i get too sleepy. I feel more relaxed. At least I think so.
I don't know if I have told you but when I was younger I don't know why I got so depressed. That's why I always looked for help on the internet. My mom is one of those people who doesn't believe in psychologists, she told me that they scam and that I should just feel good.
So, I want to do my bit for those who read this blog and give you some reasons why you should feel good about yourself.
1- Look at the past. You have improved a lot, because if you compare yourself now with how you were in the past, you won't recognize yourself. You are no longer the same person.
2- You have a clear idea and vision of what you want for the future.
3- You have unique skills and abilities that not many people usually have. That is your quality. All people are unique.
4- You have a pure heart and you are empathetic with others. That makes us more human, something that is being lost in today's times.
5- Recognize your values.
